These mugs are hand-enamelled so each one is different. Dimples and dots are natural and add to the unique charm of each enamel mug, this may affect how designs come out when printing. These are printed to order for us to ensure that there is as little waste as possible.

Enamel mugs are not dishwashers or microwave safe, for long-lasting use we’ve found that washing by hand with a non-abrasive sponge works best. As these are made of metal putting in the microwave is a no go, however much you want to re-heat your mulled wine. The same goes for open flames, however tempting a full cup of melted marshmallows may be.
