Our Products

The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. 

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our Website may vary from the specification set out in the order.

 

Prices & Payment

All prices on the website are in UK pounds (£).

Payment via all major debit and credit cards are taken online via Paypal and Stripe.

 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 weeks.

Items are sent via Royal Mail unless bulky when they will be sent via courier. Once the item is dispatched we have no control over any delays in delivery and will not be held accountable if items arrive late.

 

Clothing

When trying on any products which are clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the product. We will be unable to accept the return of any product where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The product should be returned with its original packaging with labels in-tact in an orignal re-salable condition within 14 days of recieving it.

 

Personalisation

For items that require personalisation, we will use the informtation that is provided on checkout. We are not held accounatble for any spelling or errors due to incorrect order information.

 

Returns

Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, you have no right to cancel and we cannot accept returns on ‘personalised’ or ‘bespoke’ items, whether by name or date, as these cannot be sold to anyone else.  Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input, personalisation details and dates.

If you do need to return something then return postage must be covered by the customer and I recommend using a tracked service to return your parcel safely. I’m unable to refund postage costs.

To start the returns processemail me at [email protected] to arrange your return. In your email, please include your full name, order number and reason for the return. I'll email instructions for how and where to send your parcel.

If you’d like an exchange, please request a return for your unwanted item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for your new item.

I'll notify you when your return has been received and accepted. Your refund will then be automatically processed to your original payment method, minus the original postage amount.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
